Our Adult Services program offers personalized counseling, expertise, and insights to help participants navigate their career path effectively. Whether they're exploring new opportunities or seeking to advance in their current field, we provide access to valuable community resources, education, and employment opportunities tailored to their needs.

Dislocated Services

If an individual has experienced job loss due to circumstances beyond their control, such as layoffs or business closures, our Dislocated Services program is here to help. We offer specialized support to help participants return to the workforce, including assistance with job search strategies, training opportunities, and reemployment initiatives.

Veteran Services

Veterans and qualified spouses are entitled to prioritized services through NCWorks Veterans. Our program offers a specialized pool of resources to support veterans in their transition to civilian employment, including skill translation training, occupational training, and personalized career assistance.

Justice-Involved Services

If an individual is re-entering the workforce after incarceration or facing challenges due to background checks, our Reentry Team is here to support you. We provide assistance with upgrading your skills, navigating the job market, and ensuring you have a fair opportunity to start a successful career.
