MCWDB is a public-private partnership that was established in July of 2022 to driving economic growth by aligning the local workforce with the needs of employers. Our board is dedicated partnering with businesses, educational institutions, and community organizations to deliver innovative workforce solutions and enhance the quality of life for the communities of Cumberland, Harnett, Montgomery, Moore, and Sampson.
